This customer didn’t know why his garage door wasn’t working anymore and wanted us to find out.
Our Solution:
At any garage door opener repair job, our first task is to check the remote control and power systems. In this case, both appeared to be in good working order, so we moved on to the opener unit itself. There was no visible damage, but the LiftMaster logic board appeared not to be working. Our team fitted a new component and ran a few tests. Once calibrated, the new logic board worked perfectly well, allowing Mr. Dollard to easily open and close his garage door.
